The Bachelor of Arts (BA) Bachelor of Law (LLB) is an undergraduate degree in which students will be learning the detailed concepts, functions, structure, and policies of the legal system of the country. Candidates will be exposed to all the concepts and principals involved in law, order, and regulations that make up the constitution of the country. They will learn to maintain the balance between the legislation, executive, and judiciary of the country. Practical exposure is provided through real-world court experiences, on-site visits, and opportunities to directly learn from experienced and prominent advocates and counselors.
The BA LLB course is a combination of the study of Law and Arts. It provides an in-depth understanding of the inter-relationship between Humanities and Law together with detailed knowledge of the legal aspects of Corporate Law. Topics covered in the curriculum are relevant to Arts such as Political Science, Sociology, History, Economics and Criminology; and subjects relevant to Law such as Public International Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, Administrative Law, Patent Law, and Constitutional Law.
